If there were zero stars I would give knots and niggles that! My husband brought me a voucher from them which I never got to use due to covid and now it appears the business is permanently closed and she doesn’t reply to emails, phone calls or Facebook messages to provide a refund. Even shut down her social media pages once I posted on the business page stating my situation and blocked me from her Facebook profile. It is stealing and I will be taking it further with ACCC. Wonder how many others are in the same situation with vouchers!?

If you want a massage that fixes up your knots and niggles, you must go to knots and niggles! I always have a tight back due to the nature of my work and getting a massage here makes both my back and me feel so good. I can sit straight and get through the work week much easier. Very professional team and they make you feel very comfortable too.
