A truly personal service! I can't recommend this company enough, they were great to deal with and the mattress was delivered the very next day after ordering. They were so good I ordered a second matresses from them. There was a mix up with the delivery with the first mattress but Steven was straight on the phone and sorted it out and it arrived the next day as promised. Thanks Steven, we will definitely be back for more!

On the outside it has to be said their premises look a bit shabby but once inside there's a big range to choose from ... but what is best of all and what really matters is the service and advice. And that is what is so good about going to KK Beds. Took time to ensure we chose the absolutely the best bed for our requirement ... And now it has just been delivered to a first floor flat .. they assembled the bed and took all the plastic and cardboard packaging away. Can't recommend KK Beds too highly. So very impressed! We'll always buy from them in the future!

The beds are OK, but beware if they take the old one away or take the new one into bedroom, the delivery people took chunks out of my wall and scratched paint off, KK beds response was that taking the bed into room is good will , and therefore they were not responsible....repair bill was around £150 so the bed ended up being very expensive indeed.I felt very let down by their service.
