A really great 24 hour gym which has made my love working out again.  Amazing friendly and helpful staff.  One front of house member and personal trainer, James has been particularly helpful whenever I’ve need it and always so welcoming when I come in.

Would give 0 if I could. One of the instructors was completely inappropriate and unprofessional towards me. Tried his best to make me feel bad about my body so I would pay for him to be my personal trainer. Messaged and emailed the gym with no reply. Cancelled my membership and won't be going back, massive waste of money, terrible customer care and service No hot water to shower. Apparently regular occurrence said one of the members. No back up.

Honestly if you want to lose your money and your dignity go to this gym. It is truly horrendous, full of horrible, rude and stinky people who have no consideration for others, it is cheap and simple and the type of people you will find there are very low classes, you get what you pay for!

Good value for what it is. £19.99 a month isn’t going to get you the ritz. Has good selection of machines, free weights and cardio kit. Big open space, easy joining on process. Personally I’ve always run to and from the gym so can not comment on changing area, toilets and showers etc. Nor do I even take anything valuable so not worried about anything going missing. Also I’ve had no interaction with staff or trainers so couldn’t comment there.

A good gym with good facilities but there is not a single person taking care if i, apart from a cleaning lady. Everything is always misplaced and it takes ages to relocate what you need and when something is damaged or ripped it is rarely fixed. It's a shame because wirh just one employee running the place it would make a big difference.

Good gym. Very big and full of good kit. I was a member few years ago and nothing really has changed. It would be four stars if the gym floor wasn't such a mess.
