If its a small issue or a big issue they are always on the hand to help you resolve it. The online maintenance system makes it fast easy and convenient to report and issue. I really can't say much more. But if your looking for an Estate Agent that will go that little bit more to make your experience a little easier they will.

Kirn Estates and Lettings are absolutely amazing! Sadly someone close passed away and I had to deal with the estate and as I was out of the area Kirsty from Kirn Estates was absolutely amazing! It wasnt just Kirsty but a team effort by all. Being from out of the area you often get nervous, but her regular contact with updates was immense! She even asked if she could take the curtains down as this putting buyers off! When she rang me (regularly) it wasnt just for a marketing update but we had a chat about the weather... my dog... and of course what am I doing at the weekend ...anything exciting! - She made feel like a human and friend not a business transaction!
