Lovely staff - doctor's, nurses and reception. Very friendly and professional. One of the few surgeries left that have not merged into a large group practice which means a much more personal service. Offer a great service in a very challenging time for NHS staff. Thank you

The staff and doctors have always been very profesional considering the work load they have its not easy to please every one but we should not take these hard working people for granted they try their best with what is available to them there is always room for improvement and constructive comments can help with this process sorry hear that some people have had bad experiances I personally would like to say a big thank you to all the doctors and staff

Absolutely fantastic, they have been so helpful and supportive since we joined them in February, from the receptionist, to the nurses and doctors.

Be careful which Doctor you see my wife can not say enough good things about Dr Thornton. Unfortunately I have only seen Dr Hockley who's best suggestion was for me Google it.

Since my review below (3 months ago) I am still sticking that the nurses are out of this world and the receptionists are helpful. I have now had dealings with 2 other GPs: Dr Thornton who was good and Dr Richbell who was excellent. I think from now on I will be seeing Dr Richbell whenever possible. October 2018 - Nurses here are brilliant all genuinely friendly and beyond helpful. Receptionist do the best they can. Can not review doctors yet as only seen one - had worse but believe could be better.

All the negative nonsense you hear about GP's and not getting an appointment is rubbish. These excellent staff handled my enquiry, phone consultation and then face to face appointment quickly and efficiently. I have nothing but praise for the staff from reception to the wonderful GP. You were all brilliant, thank you so much!

Recently there has been a lot of press surrounding GP’s not seeing patients, because of this I had to leave a 5 star review for this surgery. After discovering a lump I called the very next morning at 9am and was seeing a GP by 11.30. Luckily I had a false alarm but seeing them so fast could be life saving and in my instance calmed an anxious mind.

At this time and dangerous time that we are going through the staff are friendly and helpful and should be thanked for the hard work that they are doing

This used to be my surgery few years back. I still miss it.

Always clean & staff very pleasant. Doctors & Nurses are quick & informative. Wouldn't change This surgery for a nearer 1..Used it since 1971...Brilliant practice.
