Without doubt Kipps Hostel is one of the favorite hotels we stayed in during our time in Brighton! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and general manager, the staff was extremely friendly, helpful and polite. The room was really spacious and clean, and most importantly the hotel is located at the heart of Brighton. I highly recommend Kipps Hostel to anyone who is looking for the true meaning of quality of hospitality.

Super nice hostel. Great staff. Clean and comfortable for a hostel. If you are at all disabled, know that this place involves lots and lots of stairs. I ended up with a room several floors up, but the staff was lovely about helping me with my luggage.

My overall favourite place when in Brighton. Have a room to myself but the TV was not working, broken cable connection. Was fully booked recommended to book this central location in advance which is opposite the Pavilion. Breakfast was simple and self help. Cosy place with front room TV and rear balcony for smokers. Unsuitable for wheelchair users as on first floor and accommodation starts on the second floor. Recommend the Royal Theatre nearby.

Nice little place in a good location. Clean enough and good value for money. We had the double room with shower. Staff are decent and check in was easy. Only drawback is that it can get a little noisy on a night

The room was dirty and smelly. Never stayed somewhere with such a poor standard. Owners basically ignored our compliant and kept the money. Learnt the hard way. Never had to write a bad review before, but if I can save someone else the same thing happening, it would be worth it
