The Doctors are excellent but I have to mark it down due the whole user-unfriendlyness experience that their services provide. If you work full time it's near impossible to get a repeat prescription and you can only register to do it online if you physically visit the surgery for a paper form. That's just stupid. I've been without my prescription drugs for a few weeks now and I fear I'm going to have to start missing work and therefore losing pay because of the inconvenience of not being available to call them when they dictate I have to.

No common sense or compassion. Took in 9 month baby with burnt hand to be seen by a doctor or nurse as an emergency. Receptionist says that baby cannot be seen with no appointment and would have to wait an hour. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Most of the reception staff are incredibly rude and put minimal effort into their duties. It has been this way for literal decades and today was no different...I called up for my repeat prescription. Once it was ordered the receptionist didn't bother to confirm when it would be ready to collect. Instead I could literally hear her slamming the phone down...as if doing her bloody job was an inconvenience to her... I've been on my meds long enough to know the general rule of thumb is that a prescription will be ready to collect two days after the order was placed. However it is one of the receptionists duties to ensure she always confirms this kind of information to the patient. The fact she would rather audibly slam the phone down rather than do her job properly shows she is terrible at her job. Frankly the reception staff have always been an issue here and most of them need to be replaced.
