I'd give a zero star rating if I could. I dont get why they changed it to ring on the day as I can't keep ringing everyday to see the doctor although I don't need to see the doctor. I need to see the nurse to get tested for a life threatening illness that runs in the family and a surgeon stated all the males need to be tested so why I've got to see a doctor first I don't know. So they state we can put you on the cancellation list because yes that's good I can just drop everything at work and come what a joke the system is

Reception staff and nurses brilliant people. Don't like not having continuity of the same doctor.

Absolute disgrace, I don't want to step a foot in this so called GP again, several times I have ran out of antidepressants (at critical times) because they can't seem to get anything right, which has spiraled me suicidal but they can't seem to sort it until the next week, when I finally got through today at about 8.15 am, I booked an appointment with a specific doctor I was comfortable with, everything was fine then I got a text saying it had been cancelled, so I rang up and it had been changed to 10 minutes later with a doctor I am not comfortable with, they have cancelled prescriptions on me without notice so I have to go in and see a doctor which is near on impossible that same week, they have been over prescribing me an highly addictive painkiller and have now stopped it dead, then Dr Ogunba gave me a run around but basically called me liar because the painkillers I was on apparently are not used for the type of pain ive been in for years (because they can't get funding for my surgery) like he knows exactly how my body works, I poured my heart out to him for him to get all defensive and call a receptionist for me to be escorted out, feel so let down by the people that are supposed to help. Oh and not to mention the staff can be very abrupt and rude.

You can spend 10-20minutes constantly calling up at 8am (when they open) to still not get and answer

You can spend 10-20minutes constantly calling up at 8am (when they open) to still not get and answer or be told there are no appointments left. But go in any time during the day and I guarantee there is no one waiting to be seen. And when you eventually do get an appointment it's always at least 2weeks later. It's disgraceful.

The service in this place is disgusting. 0 stars. No interest in patient welfare by the doctors, and the arrogance and rudeness they show instead of being helpful in diagnosis is shocking. Error after error, and then not taking complaints seriously and taking days to get back to you or not ringing you back at all, I don't know how they are allowed to operate as a GP surgery. I am taking my complaints further to the health ombudsman and looking into legal action for medical negligence.

This is terrible practice and gone down hill very quick and delivers a very poor service they do not serve the patients at all. You get fobbed off when trying to book at time with the Dr more interested in fiddling targets than seeing people. I am changing Drs in the future asap.
