The absolute dregs rent houses from these lot. If you want to rent your house to respectable people, don’t use this company.

The move in was fine, the management of the property was fairly average. My main concern is that we were not forewarned that they were merging with DIGS (the reason I went to Kingsley Thomas was to get away from that awful company!). The move out has been a total nightmare - 36 days later and still no sign of my deposit, with warning that further delays are to be expected. Would avoid like the plague. Useless company nowadays.

Low Key criminals, let property with 0 insulation, no gas heating the energy of the house was 12/100 I don’t even know how they where able to let a house in such disrepair. Tried to contact them about a number issues, such as mold and the roof leaking but noting was done, they just blamed us for all the problem furthermore they lie and try change us with issues with are not liable for.

Joke of an agency, refuse to carry out repairs, stay clear of these mugs. They need to be blacklisted from letting out student properties. The way this ‘agency’ runs is criminal. Absolute thieves. Stay clear of this joke of a so called ‘business’. Even 1 star is too high for this place.

I have never seen a bunch of individuals as inefficient as they are. Avoid them as much as you can.

2 years ago (2015/16), I was told to come to Bristol for the signing of the contracts but, it never occurred. Instead, I was told that the contracts are not ready when I arrived. It was very disappointing, especially when I had to travel from Swansea to Bristol. If contracts are not ready then I should not have been told about it in advance. They showed no sign of organisation, and in the end the landlord transferred a different agency (Gordon & Co) to get the contracts sorted out. The showcasing with Kingsley was good and the person showing us around was very polite. However, I had to pay over £200 just for a flat viewing and the agency fee was meant to cover contract signing but, that never happened. In the end I did not receive any refund or apology, even though the company did not produce our contracts. I would not recommend Kingsley Thomas agency.

Do not use Kingsley Thomas, you will regret it!! Horrendous, took 3 months to fix a broken window that didn’t shut, staff are so rude, speak to you like a child, extortionate fees! The worst part is when dealing with the deposits getting back to me, they sent old photos of the flat from when they had work done and accused me of damage on walls that wasn’t there when I lived in the the flat and damage on furniture I never saw/used!

I rented a one bed flat through Kingsley Thomas for ten years and in that time found ythem to be thoroughly professional, helpful and accommodating.
