Worst surgery I have ever walked in to. It is such a shame that you have to change surgery when you move to a new area. Doctors only do one job, which is prescribing painkillers instead of botgering to diagnose. Terrible. I regret to having to change my old surgery which was busy for good reason.

Perfect. Staff are all great. Making an appointment same day has never been a problem as long as you call early in the morning.

Great reception staff, nurses and doctors. Only had a problem booking same day appointment once in the three years. Highly recommended local GP.

Reception and doctors are really unpleasant on phone, no help whatsoever, you want to say something and they already hang up the phone

Staff is not nice at all, it's a mees with a booking a GP, my daughter arranged the call but didn't get any and they call her after 2 weeks from appointment!! I woul not recommend Dr Jordan

Been with this surgery for years, they have a fantastic reception and admin team, and at least one very caring doctor.

I just tried to register with this surgery as I am new to the area and ill. I had to call twice and was on hold for a while. Then was told to walk to the surgery to pick up a form. When I asked if I could have it emailed over, the receptionist said "bye" and hung up on me. Not a good first impression.
