King Thai Therapy

I was booked in on very short notice and had a deep Tissue Massage. I found my experience far better then I expected. I was made to feel very welcome and despite having to wear masks due to the Pandemic I was able to feel relaxed. My Therapist Leam was very courteous and considerate due to my back issues. Also her skill in her therapy technique was just brilliant. I am so grateful for your establishment to provide such a quality service and from my point of view a very effective health care. I had a pulled muscle in my back, tried an expensive chiropractor but that did not improve my injury. So I tried King Thai Therapy. What a difference this made. Apple the therapist was excellent, the treatment was amazing and worked immediately. No pain, no discomfort, instant relief. I would recommend King Thai Therapy to everyone. It's now October 2020 and King Thai Therapy have gone from strength to strength. You will not find a more professional, well organised and safe environment than King Thai Therapy. The management and staff are a delight. Jasmine is well worth her 5 star rating as was Nudy.

Called yesterday to book a couples massage In the same room, The lady on the phone said you can book it online which I did it doesn’t state anywhere online that this will not be in the same room should you want the same room you have to send a special request when normally a couples massage is in the same room. When I arrived I was told the double room is double booked and we would have to just have two single rooms. So when we asked who’s fault the double booking was the lady who was dealing with us had no customer service skills, she told us it’s not her fault, and obviously if we wanted a double room we should have requested it separately, she continued to raise her voice and talk over us we ended up walking out big disappointment

The hot oil massage is amazing. The atmosphere was very calming. Staff are friendly and definitely know what they are doing. I felt so relaxed after. Can't wait to book my next appointment

OMG.... This place is amazing. I'm not someone who has had many massages but I do know a good massage from a bad one. I've been suffering from a pulled muscle in my upper back for over a week and was recommended King Thai Therapy by a family member who uses their services on a regular basis. Thank God I listened and booked my first ever appointment with Joy. I must say that the professionalism of the reception staff and the quality of the massage was excellent.. My pulled muscle has eased and I no longer have a constant dull pain. I feel so relaxed too. I was so impressed with the service I have booked myself in for another massage already. Keep up the great work.

Having booked a massage for my husbands suprise birthday i even prepaid the whole amount prior to the appointment time. I spoke to the receptionist 3 times and we confirmed the booking, up on arrival my husband was told that someone had cancelled the booking . Thank u for messing up my bday present and for also tying to shift the blame on us for cancelling. They ddnt even try to rectify their mistake. Instead of offering a free massage for their mistake the lady at reception was rude and spent 20mins on the phone in a different language i am still awaiting a refund ti go thro on to my card! Unacceptable.
