Horrible customer service, the ladies there are happy sitting behind the counter not helping customers. They will not be helpful if you have any questions related to the delivery - one lady just loves to say she doesn't know and doesn't understand. As a heads up, English is not their first language as well but even speaking slowly and politely doesn't work. Never use this post office as they will not be helpful and I still haven't got my package yet either because they refused to serve me as they said their systems closed. They closed early too so don't believe the 17:30 end time.

I would give ZERO STARS. A short old lady working there is very rude . I see she has been working there several years as I used to live locally. I also see that many people here have given many reviews about her. Why hasn't anyone officially complained to the royal mail about this staff member???? because she has ruined many peoples mood/mornings/days. For the sake of justice I think its good to make a complaint to improve services. Moreover save a person who may already have mental health issues like depression etc to then have a worsened life or situation because of her. She is one lady in the services who really needs to improve her service or move from the post altogether. She needs to present good customer service, willing to help, be kinder and less rude /arrogant/sarcastic. She always is the type of person looking down on you, talking down on you and not willing to assist. Today she refused to scan my Amazon QR code for my Amazons return parcel? Saying "I'm not scanning that". Hold on, Amazon is saying 'yes'. Royal Mail is saying 'yes'. So who is she to say 'no'? . Why are you in your post if you are refusing your duties? Then she's judging the box if it's packed right? Well ofcourse it was packed right. Which pilot starts their shift, goes and sits in a cockpit of an aeroplane and says " I will not fly the plane!" :-/. Oh and "let me check if the passenger has their boarding pass and luggage done right". No grudges towards this woman at all. We forgive her. GOD BLESS HER. But justice needs justice. What's wrong must be made right.

The post office lady is very rude. I had couple of encounters with her she always is so rude. She acts like she does not want this job. I was confused about which barcode should I use and she started saying ‘god sake’ and ‘first you said that... first you said that’ . She does not speak to her customers like she should. I recommend you to go to other post offices not this one. I had very bad experience. Not recommend
