Im having the help of a friend to write this review. The Arabic interpreter is not there at any time. I asked for him on so many occasions but he failed to turn up! The hospital might as well NOT have an interpreter. Its a tiny hospital and i dont believe there is much demand. Its pure laziness. i had appointments at much bigger hospitals where there was only one interpreter and they have always been there! I wish i could give a zero star for their non-existant "interpreting service". Will look for different clinics in future. There used to be a gent called Ahmed Ramadan and he was excellent at serving patients. Shame he is gone.

Went to support a friend who had surgery and was in a day room. She seemed to spend a lot of time looking for staff as none seemed to come into the room. I was offered lunch and ordered a jacket potato with cheese for either £8 or £9 - and that is exactly what I got, nothing more and nothing less. No garnish, no salad, just a small potato sitting in the middle of the plate. I’m certainly not tempted to either be treated there or to eat there again!

Only hospital I am able to breathe in! Had life saving surgery and believe my full recovery is partly due to the outstanding care and promptness in seeing my consultant and any tests incurred. All the staff went out of their way to make an unpleasant experience into a life changing one as I now no longer fear my visits there. Thankyou.

Had spinal surgery in November and stayed for ten days. I cannot fault any aspect of The King Edward VII Hospital (Sister Agnes). Each and every member of staff, be they doctor, nurse, physio, caterer, housekeeper or porter was outstanding, professional and helpful in every respect. Old school values combined with the best and most up to date medical technology, intertwined with their military heritage and ethos provide the most caring and attentive environment in which to recover. An easy five star for what must simply be the best hospital in London.

The hospital mistakenly emailed me the wrong time for appointment - as a consequence, I turned up at the time they told me and had to wait for more than an hour for my appointment. Shocking that this is the service I received. My experience with the doctor was very pleasant and professional however.
