I’ve never dealt with an Estate agent & their employees that hasn’t been a frustrating experience in some way, there tends to be a lack of care but this experience has been completely different. Although I haven't moved into the property yet I want to commend Olivia Gamble on her clear and friendly communication and for the efficient customer service that I've experienced in the process so far. It was important to me that I got the opportunity to rent the particular flat that Olivia showed me and really appreciated her genuine congratulations when informing me of becoming the new tenant.
