Lovely hotel. The bar is lovely. Great staff too throughout. Rooms weren’t massive but they were very well appointed and comfortable. Great location for centre of town and a short hop to the west end. Free cocktail for residents between 5 and 6pm was nice and encouraged people to come into the bar. We got a great mid week deal. Will stay again definitely.

Great selection of cocktails, staff are knowledgeable and can make anything you want really. Good ambience and setting. Good for groups as well as couples or families. On the pricey side but you are getting quality.

Spa day at the Kimpton with salt scrub and mud treatment. Absolutely revitalising. Open use of spa rooms and pools. Staff are immaculately professional, well dressed and courteous. Decor is stunning. Will be returning for a stay.

Stunning hotel, staff went above and beyond (we stayed for our anniversary and not only did they give us a free extra hour in the spa but also a bottle of champagne and some chocolates). The spa is amazing, me and my husband did the Rhassoul which was so relaxing and left our skin feeling smooth and replenished. We cannot wait to stay again.

This was the first time we stayed at the hotel. We had a great stay. The staff were outstanding, they could not be more helpful. The room was spacious, and spotlessly clean with what would have been a great view of the square if not for the fog! We also went to the spa and that was very good as well. The only thing that let our stay down was the pillows. They were far too soft for my personal liking. We were at the front of the hotel and the noise from outside was not dulled down at all, lots of shouting through the night from the street, obviously not the fault of the hotel but additional windows inside the original ones could help with this (as well as helping to retain heat in the bathroom area which was very cold, particularly overnight). Would not hesitate to stay again.

Been to the hotel last week, checked in everythings all good front reception and concierge were very helpful. Left the hotel and forgot a jean in the room. I then tried ringing back, very hard to get through, communicate with the staff twice for the lost items, ask to at least email me back if they find or do not find my stuff. No feedback for one week now. I only hope the hotel can response better than this.

Rooms are really nice, staff are really friendly, but not as helpful as I would expect a 5* hotel to be, the spa is nice but restricted visiting for hire guest which makes it very hard to visit the spa. It should be open later. Also some hazards in the spa like missing tiles on the floor. The in house restaurant is very nice and worth booking into. Staff in there very nice and helpful. It has the facilities of a 5* without the service, which is a shame, just need to be a bit more accommodating to their guests.

Its the 2nd time I've stayed there. The first time i had to move room because the air con did not work. This time the windows did not have any restrictiors on and the toilet seat did not lay flat. Also the in room coffee facility is poor. Its a make your own filter (nice idea) that give you about 25% of a cup.
