Bought an audi a4 allroad that I am now very happy with. Was advised that prior to collecting my car after the MOT that new discs were fitted as it failed the MOT on this and engine oil was changed. Got my timing changed 2 months after owning this from my mechanic only to find out that the brake discs were never changed and were badly corroded and the car had not seen a service or an oil change in a long time. Killermont were good in that they admitted the discs were not replaced although couldn't tell me why, I was disappointed as I was driving around in a car that was not roadworthy and dangerous. They did refund me some money as I did have to pay my mechanic quite alot of money to get the car in roadworthy condition but felt that they weren't apologetic towards my inconvenience rather they advised me that they cannot make old cars look new again. I was also advised the oil had been changed and that the car came with a fault where it drinks oil quick a fault with the engine shame I was never told this by them but bigger shame that it was not true. Would i recommend killermont? Definitely not as when I took my car to then initially I was told to come back later wasted my journey as they were dealing with other customers.

Went in for a wash and valet ( advertisement from £15 ) after car wash went into valet bay and after about 5 mins was approached to say my car ( 7 seater ) was £ 25 to valet. As per any car wash I pay extra for a 7 seater usually around 2 or 3 pounds not £10. As soon as I raised my grievance he immediately dropped to £20. I took my car to a PROFESSIONAL CAR VALET SHOP on garscube road, ZIP CAR WASH who washed ( correctly ) and valeted the car for £18 plus tip ( £20) without any problems of OVER CHARGING

Fantastic service... The are very professional and clean the car to perfection... They left no part untouched... They also offer a reward system on the number of washes/valets you do you get the last one free... Would definitely recommend...
