Seen Dr Canning the other day .... On the ball, listens and considerate very easy to talk too. My mother had the same experience on a separate visit with Dr Canning so x2 this review. Great and hopefully a permanent addition to the surgery.

Almost impossible to contact by phone and when you do eventually get through. ( my friend and I tried for hours and hours each day for over a week. Had very painful ear ..take paracetamol was told on phone....3 weeks later we will send you antibiotics.. the earache had been going on from the previous November. I finally saw a doctor who was referring me to ENT.. which she didn't I found out after 6 weeks by phone. My last asthma checkup was September 2019 and was told I was on a list... must be at the end of it.. The clerical staff are not very pleasant and on the one occasion I did see a Dr I had to tell the person to put their mask on properly..enough said. I have changed to another group practice which has 5 star reviews..
