The structure of the centre is great but the costumer service should improve as the staff just asked me to look for all the information on the website. No aim to have another member, should improve the costumer service, more enthusiasm will be good.

I just went for my first post lockdown swim you can book your time slot via the Better app. If you scan your membership card more than 5 minutes ahead of your time slot it will not let you in. It is totally worth going you get plenty of space to yourself and social distancing is easy. I amazed at how much thought has been put into keeping people safe. I highly recommend that you make a visit yourself.

The pool is great. It's wonderful to be swimming again. Covid-19 precautions seem good. However is there a staff morale problem? Where a few of the staff are friendly and helpful some are not. It's as if for them they're there to be with their mates and facility users are the enemy. This lets down those staff members who are helpful, and can spoil the whole experience. Suggestive of a morale problem, company organization to contact and book is in disarray. Company polices exclude rather than include anyone not tech-saavy. And now it's not possible to book an evening swim because the pool is taken over by swimming clubs. Who is managing this place?!!!!

Pool is amazing!!! And the whole place as well. It was my first time here and the guy at the desk helped me with the app and my booking. All the corona measures to keep people safe are cool as well I prefer it this way cause pool doesn't get overcrowded.

I signed up for this gym because on their website they offered certain classes and once I have the app I've seen that those classes are frequently canceled in the hours they offered and the only ones that I can go in the mornings (Hiit, functional fitness...). They told me "we have not enough personal"....great. I also miss more classes early in the morning (7 am or 8 am) as in many other gyms. I know we were few of us with the same problem. I really loved the facilities and the teachers, I hope they can change those aspects and I will be able to join that gym again.
