Worst Dr surgery in reading maybe even england. Phone system doesn't have call waiting so you have to keep trying to call to talk to reception. And when you eventually do get to talk to reception it's like talking to a brick wall put in place to try it's best to block you from seeing a doctor. And then if you manage to book an appointment it's normally 2 weeks in the future where they hope you'll get better before you need to see the doctor. If after 2 weeks your still unwell and need to see the doctor you can only talk to him about 2-3 problems. If you have more then 3 medical problems then get in line and try to book another appointment. Disgusting. The staff here should be ashamed of them self's.

Called for an appointment today to be told to call be back at 4pm...OK, not a problem but the minute I mention I will pop down A&E, I get informed 'you cannot go to A&E, unless it is an emergency or you are having a heart attack'..Sorry Sandra, my health, my body, MY PAIN. I will go where I see fit.
