I had to change health centre. I don't like the way the receptionists treat patients there. I was very happy with Dr. Kidd. She is a very good doctor. Receptionists should not do triage. They are not qualified to do it and it is dangerous. A nurse practitioner should be employed to do triage. Receptionists are overworked and burnt out and it shows as very poor manners when dealing with the public. It is quite sad to watch.

They never have appointments with less than 2 weeks waitings. I've also never found GP's advice useful for the past 3 years. Last time I went with shortness of breath ehich sometines results in dizziness, the GP said it's all in my head!!! Today they told me I can't even make an appointment for any time as they're fully forwardbooked..Looking to finding another GP practice.

I moved to this surgery as a new patient about two months ago . Last week I asked for my repeated prescription as I am a diabetic and got blood pressure.waiting for it during whole week. The receptionist told me that I can't get anything as she told me that my previous doctor told her that I don't have any repeated prescription. So I jumped to my previous surgery to have explanation they told they've sent all the documents concerning my file and they kindly sprinted for me all the medications that I took and the last Page shows clearly the last time I got my repeated prescription on december 2018 and mentioned clearly as repeated repeated .I took it back to the receptionist in the new surgery and she didn't Care to read it properly and now I am without my medication because she didn't Read it and told me to leave this to the Doctor if she got time. As I order for my medication every two months so I was OK till January. So now I am running out of medication .

I was duped in Dr. Susan Perryer. She tricked me and was a big liar and a great hypocrite in an important case and I am right this case. All the patients who visit Dr. Susan Perryer are wary of her hypocrisy and deceit. As for Dr Kidd and Dr Sultana they are wonderful and good

Best practice I have been registered with. Have had lots of trouble in the past, but am generally very satisfied since moving here. My GP is great and unlike most she actually listens and is very helpful... Practice staff generally very helpful, just often quite busy so it can be difficult to communicate a more complex issue, but overall pretty good, and practice nurse is lovely! Waiting times minimal, at my previous practice it wasn't unusual to wait 2-3 weeks for an appointment with my own GP, so one week, ten days at most is nothing.

Do not recommend this place at all. They lack care for patients, and professionalism. There is no guarantee to receive timely and trustworthy care. The receptionists are particularly impolite and careless. I made complaint to NHS for their poor performance.

One of the worse practices I’ve experienced in Glasgow. They are unprofessional, rude, from reception staff all the way to the GP. They provided incorrect treatment and advice on numerous occasions. Followed by multiple admin errors and paperwork different to what the advice or agreement was. Instead of apologising they put the phone down on you. Beyond teribile NHS service. Please don’t bother with them if you’re looking for a decent NHS treatment. Gutted people like this work in NHS to “to take care” of us.

I think there is not point of having this practice open, we would be better off if they close and we can access other options

Rude and possibly racist/discriminatory receptionists. Abysmal and horrible receptionists.

Doctors and receptionist are brilliant. This is the best practice i have been with. For all the people on here sayin the receptionist are rude and unhelpful i dont agree.. they have been brilliant and cant do enuf to help u..there is no pleasing some people i suppose
