Lovely future shop. Unusual and inspiring household furniture and fittings. Good selection. Would give it 5 star if the prices were lowered. But you get what you pay for. They do delivery at a reasonable price.

I have made one moderately large on-line purchase from Kelvin Furniture & have found the staff to be extremely helpful and very friendly. They will certainly be at the top of my list the next time that I look to buy quality furniture.

Really disappointed with the customer service today. Went to buy wardbrobe..but the staff were not happy that they had to get up from their seats . Will not have my custom .it's such a shame wanted to shop local .

We have looked for a long time now for a dining table to go with our antique furniture.We chose your round mahogany pedestal table. What a good choice we made, the table was beyond our expectations the quality and workmanship is superb and fits in perfectly with our antique furniture, we are absolutely thrilled with the quality and finish. I visited the store . Only once thank god. Everything is very old fashioned and dated and over priced. Furniture that went out with the ark . Tony served us , apparently the owner . A. Crash course in customer services and how to speak to people is an absolute must for this miserable arrogant man. Time for this business to call it a day or seriously re market them self’s to keep up with the vast competition out there . Complete waste of time even pulling up in the car park ...

I've had a few beds from Kelvin's for myself and children and would highly recommend! Great customer service and the comfort and quality is second to non. I've heard they are closing and it's such a shame, Great shop.

Good furniture bit pricey for what it is would recommend tho

Ordered a picture,was told it would arrive in approximately two weeks.5 weeks later still no sign of it.despite numerous phone calls we are still waiting.i will be asking for a refund if not with me by the weekend.
