We used Bristol Travel Clinic for our family's jabs prior to travel to Africa. I couldn't rate the service any higher, the pharmacist Jess is knowledgeable, friendly and professional and went above and beyond when we were unsure about certain jabs. Having done a bit of pricing research, this is also the cheapest place to have travel jabs done in Bristol. Highly recommend in every way!

Highly recommended. I was super impressed with the help that the Pharmacist, Jess, and the team showed me and my little boy. The team went above and beyond to help me sort out my little boys prescription and were also very friendly in the process. Thank you

This pharmacy takes helpful to another level. A very personable service where nothing is too much trouble. We have been dealing with this pharmacy for some years and will continue to do so with such friendly staff.

I only ever went here to get my 2nd vaccine and, my god, get any of your jabs elsewhere! The guy who administered my vaccine had an incredibly bad technique - Even after putting the needle in my arm, he decided to push so much further into my muscle giving me an extremely uncomfortable electric sock, nerve type sensation. I've had plenty of jabs prior to this pandemic and this guy simply doesn't know what he was doing and it was extremely uncomfortable. I chose to make this review is because I just had a booster in Redcliffe Pharmacy which it was seamless, pain free and extremely professional. My arm was sore 2 hours after my vaccine at Kellaway and in contrast I don't have any issues since my jab at Redcliffe almost 10 hours ago. Staff retaining required.

Don't know where to put this information, but quite a few people were turned away from the covid vaccination walk-in as it isn't all day. They were saying 10-11am and 4-5pm in the middle of September.

A great friendly and likeable pharmacy on Kellaway Avenue - the staff are great and know their stuff - they also have a Travel Clinic I did get my flu jab done there in Autumn 2018 (I would normally go to GP for this as I am in one of the risk categories and get it free) It was actually quicker and easier than the GP - (already booked at GP ages in advance and then cancelled it) - got this done without an appointment though would suggest not using a busy time I get my repeat prescriptions here as well (done electronically from my GP surgery - so this saves too many trips with pieces of paper - especially as mine normally has to be ordered in!! I also have got over the counter remedies and it is amazing what they have in stock in the little pharmacy Keep up the good work
