Had a very bad experience truth be told, rang them up and they was very rude on the phone acting like I didn’t know what I was talking about, I asked if they sell a certain size of timber and they said they didn’t and I came down there and it was there after ringing the Kellaway avenue building and they telling me they had it, when arriving in the building a man was incredibly rude, assuming he had better things to do than doing HIS JOB, another thing I could of took my 4 year old son swimming there it was so awful the conditions compared to travis Perkins it made travis look like Buckingham palace, everything there is old and rusty and it looks like the place is about to collapse any minute, it’s like being in a foreign country with no health and safety I would never be going back be using Bradford’s or travis from now on STAT WELL AWAY

Use a local supplier I thought. Never again! Breathtakingly expensive! I thought B & Q took liberties! As a professional tradesman, I’d never use this mob again!!!

There had been some miscommunication about the delivery of my order. However, this was quickly remedied by the staff at Lockleaze and I was kept up to date by telephone. Upon delivery, the driver was friendly and professional.

Used place several times before with no problems, went there and had my van damaged whilst visiting, disappointed with the lack of responsibility that was taken with the situation, exspecially after spending £1500 there in the past few days. Still not resolved, ended up paying for the damage myself! have had to inform the police with the situation as this is criminal damage... Further more thanks for the reply, you should have my details, if you could contact me and in doing so id like to arrange to view the footage. many thanks..

I had a delivery just over a week ago by someone called Scott, from the time he pulled up he had a smile on his face, so cheerful for so early - very polite, conversated and was so genuinely lovely!!! Dropped off our materials neatly so to be safe and not to annoy the neighbours. My son and I watched the whole process with him using the machinery to offload when we should of been gone somewhere but it was because he was so lovely my baby enjoyed waving and watching. Very professional but the customer service was what won me - we need more people like Scott

A bit more for traders than for DIYs but still friendly with the latest. Indeed the staff here is very friendly and helpful, more than in the usual DIY big chain. Prices are similar to others. Stocks are good. I usually buy wood here. They told me another Kellaway is better for wood but this is the closest to home and usually they have what I need.
