Ring up for an appointment... Sorry, you must use the online system.. Goes to the online system, Sorry your search has no results... That's literally all it says, and just sends you around in circles.. I appreciate covid has created massive issues, but you may as well have closed your doors for all the good you've been in the last 18 months. I wonder how many people you have killed with this. I wonder if I'll be one of them.....

Your online consultation service is appalling. I have tried to submit a query about my skin multiple times, using numerous descriptive terms, and keep being met with the same response "No results found". This service is not fit for purpose. I have previously used e-Consult at other surgeries very successfully and feel completely dumbfounded as to why you do not operate this system. I think you should give it some serious consideration.

The service of booking appointment at this go is worst than any other place. Rang 3 times, waited 20mints each time when the time comes to speak they just hang up in you. Someone is not well today but appointment to see a doctor is give after 2weeks such a joke this gp is. When walk in at the centre there are no people in the gp but in the phone try put you on hold in que no15 and again if you ring same story. I am just fed up with this gp.

One visit, two online forms filled in two half hr waits and then told to go private.....because of covid 👎
