My first visit and I'll definitely be coming back! Great nails from an amazing therapist. Kaymen was lovely.

I visited Kaymen's salon today for the first time for gels. Has a very warm and welcoming experience, loads of colours to choose from and the work is amazing. Would highly recommend going.

It was my first time visiting Kaymens salon last week, I had called the day before and she was very accommodating in order to fit me. I went in for a pedicure with gel polish. Kaymen executed this very well and helped me choose the perfect colour for my skintone. Furthermore, her proffessional and friendly manner will undoubtedly leave me coming back for more treatments in the future.

I’ve just realised that I’ve had the same gel on my toes for over a month and there isn’t a scratch or chip on them! I only need them redone because of the growth, they still look amazing. Kaymen is a lovely and talented technician, and her store is gorgeously decorated with a very pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommended

THE most horrible experience. Countless times of cancelling and rescheduling by the owner. Being refused my refund even though I was NOT the one who cancelled the appointment. I can understand if you say that you have an eye infection but to still keep the business open AND finish another client's manicure yet cancel my appointment which was on THAT SAME DAY is not on. If you did not feel comfortable offering your services in the beginning, you should have just refunded the money and said you were not available. I do not want to assume that you are racist HOWEVER I do not believe this would have happened if I had given a different name. A WHOLE WEEK of trying to resolve this issue and it's just unnecessary. I had asked for a refund for a while and you kept saying "tonight/today" yet you did not follow through UNTIL I messaged saying that this will be taken further. I have contacted the consumers act, your business may be investigated. Also I did not appreciate the look you gave me when you saw me over the weekend. RUDE.

Kaymen is an exceptionally talented nail artist. She transformed my nails. I now have a beautiful, natural-looking, sexy new set of gel builder nails. Highly recommend, A++++

Kaymen was able to fit me in at very short notice for my wedding after someone else let me down. She was so lovely, did an absolutely beautiful job and after a very busy week my nails are still perfect. She creates a relaxing and professional atmosphere, and she's lovely to talk to. I highly recommend her and I will definitely be going back!

Best acrylics I’ve had in a long time! Kaymen sorted out my booking on short notice and was very flexible. My nails look very professional, couldn’t have asked for a nicer/more relaxing service. Will definitely be going again when I’m in Leicester.
