I have shopped at Kaybee northwest several times......I had last year all new doors /frames fitted throughout our house and the quality and workmanship was second to none. The staff at Kaybee North West were absolutely brilliant, so down to earth and always offering advice. Nothing is too much much trouble for them.

If you're looking for new internal doors, don't make the purchase until you've visited here. They have a massive range of doors, handles and fittings. They offer a full service including delivery and fitting too. You will also find an exceptional range of mirrors and fireplaces along with a superior variety a bathroom spaces. If your fitting a new bathroom and you're not sure how the stuff will look with a new layout this is a great place to explore. I ordered two oak internal doors which was stained and came with handles and hinges for £125 each

A word of advice if you order from kaybee doors, DO NOT pay before you receive the doors themselves. Any complaints are disregarded and paying customers are verbally abused. Customer service is appalling. It was the fenton shop that took our money, not the Liverpool one.

Huge range of internal and external doors and handles/accessories. Lots of fires and fireplaces too, and there's also kitchen and bathroom concessions inside. Customer service is excellent from very pleasant and knowledgeable staff. I wouldn't go anywhere else for doors.

Would NOT recommend!!!! Ordered new front door for a resale property from Kaybee Stoke and was told the door would take in ‘2-3 weeks’ (MARCH) when it got to 4 weeks we constantly had to chase them up, got to almost 8 weeks, no door still, so we rung them up again, asked for progress again, they said JUNE (3 MONTHS!!) This would have been 12 weeks from their original 2-3 weeks!! Disgusting as after I emailed to complain they cancelled my door!!! This leads me to believe that they never ordered the door in the first place!! So I feel I have now WASTED 7 weeks of my precious time and still have no door!! Very poor customer care and service, constantly had to keep chasing up and was palmed off with a ‘we've emailed Solidor’ excuse throughout ... the door wasn’t even a solidor!?!

Staff were helpful and friendly, amazing quality doors and handles, couldn’t be more satisfied.

I would highly recommend Kaybee doors, we have had all of our internal doors from here!. Good quality doors, the staff are very friendly and helpful and when we had a crisis they were willing to go above and beyond!!... exceptional customer service!. 5 ⭐️
