A terrible, terrible attitude to customer service. Despite promising that everything they do is in the interest of the customer, nothing is further from the truth.
I had been a loyal customer, up to the point of having a bad experience that most responsible, considerate people would look to resolve swiftly turned into a long, frustrating and painful ordeal to try and resolve.
Having a simple request ignored time and time again by the unhelpful team at Karma Beauty is an experience I hope no other person has to endure. I have definitely seen a side to Karma that is far from beautiful.
I have witnessed first hand their total lack of customer service and a total lack of empathy from both the business owners and staff.
If you want to buy something from Karma, they are all ears. If you want to discuss poor customer service and try to resolve an issue, you will be ignored time and time again. It was only when I began legal action did Karma begin to take notice...
Finally, after several months I can begin to put this experience behind me. I hope no one else is unfortunate enough to see this side of Karma Beauty. I was told by the owner that they’ve never had a bad review... I was foolish to believe that and also that Karma actually care about their customers.
Tip: stay away.
