Very unprofessional and rude! This was my first time getting a massage there and wasn't sure what the procedures were. The lady told me to go into the room but nothing else. As I stood there and waited for more instructions the guy that did my massage walked in and laughed because I was just standing there waiting. He basically yelled at me and told me I have to lay face down on the bed and take my shirt off. I should have just left at that point! Massage itself was absolutely horrible. I am in way more pain now then when I went in! I told him it hurt and he didn't even do anything or say anything. After the massage was over he said done and walked out. Never saw him again. And the fact that they expect a tip is horrible! Tip is based on service and customer care. I will not be returning!

Absolute worst massage I’ve ever had in my life. It seemed very unsanitary and they use the same clip for every person to pin their hair up. I wouldn’t be surprised if I caught lice. The massage was stressful not relaxing. Almost like they pulled a random person off the street and had them give the massage. And to top it off at the end what I guess was supposed to be a head rub turned into her scratching my head so hard to the point I thought my head might be bleeding. I will never go here again and would not wish a massage here upon anyone.

Went in last night for the $20.00 full body massage...it was around 8:15 p.m. He did not even rub my feet. It did hurt in certain points, but did the trick. However when I went to pay I was charged $30. I said the sign (with no small print) out front said $20 for a full boy massage. the man said that is for the 20 minute massage, you got the 30 minute massage. I didn't feel like trying to break that language barrier as it was getting late. I feel ripped off, I walked by this place many a time and last night felt like I needed a little pampering and gave it a shot. I also asked for the 5 minute foot bath and was told we don't have time which I accepted as it was getting late. The atmosphere was not enjoyable as I was listening to someone speak Chinese over and over again on some kind of sound track, which was not a soothing sound. Oils were only used on my neck area. My arms after only massaged for a minute was then pulled as well as my fingers. I looked to see if there was a headquarters to call with my complaint, which by the way I could not find one. So I will not be going back to this establishment or any other Kare Foot location. All it does is take one bad egg. I feel ripped off and if you were going to not abide by your ad at least make up for it by giving a half decent massage or at least explain when he knew I was asking for the $20 deal. Shame on you. I work hard for my money as well.
