The sales department, and in Particular Duncan, are excellent, and really helpful. Nice, easy process with no pushy sales tactics. Very happy with that. Unfortunately I can't say the same for the after-sales area. The Ford I bought had various issues soon after buying it which cost over £400, which a large Ford dealership confirmed could only have been as a result of errors in the last place it was serviced (i.e. KAP). It soon became apparent that as soon as you've left the KAP dealership, they want nothing more to do with you. Every excuse and 'used car dealer' response in the book came out, with zero care for the customer. This went right to the top in the KAP group, so it's clearly run in that way. Sales first, customers last. Just be really careful buying a used car and take a mechanic with you to check the car before you buy it!
