Had a loud clanking sound coming from my 207 engine. My local garage couldn't diagnose problem and wanted 500 quid to take engine apart to see what was wrong. Everything seemed to suggest it was not cost effective to repair given the car's age . Took it to this dealer and they identified the problem within hours. The fix was not cheap but given the value of car and its condition worth it. Update: Fixed car to my satisfaction. No complaints with service.

Visited Kap today on 1/11/18 at around 3:30pm to find a lack of staff (which after a while I can understand why) I had popped in to try and talk about terminating my lease deal early with the same branch I had taken it out with 2 years ago. The sales executive Nathan Harding was nothing but rude, showed no customer service skills and quite frankly looked like he just didn't wish to be there. We sat down to ask for advice to be only be ushered out the door as quickly as possible, Mr Harding told me that if I was to end the lease deal early with my settlement cost I would then own the car, something I was not enquiring about and when I asked for the number as they refused to help at least call on behalf of their client who had travelled down to be in store, he then rolled his eyes and then just handed us the number on the card and walked off. I would never purchase a car from this lot ever again and the new dealer I am purchasing though has even offered to help more than KAP have in the whole process, if I could score them lower I really would, after all they have more other branded cars on there forecourt and showroom than they do have Peugeots, JOKE OF A COMPANY!!

Please avoid hiring a car though KAP Peugeot Brighton. We took on 2 company lease cars and the service and customer experience has been the worst I have ever seen. Our address had not been updated correctly from day 1 resulting in over £300 of accumulated dart charge fines being sent to the wrong address for months without even calling or emailing us. Terry (the floor Manager) is extremely rude and argumentative, he won't ever take responsibility for any issues and will direct you though to a Peugeot finance number (which never answers) We also later found out that we were given a test drive by a Peugeot manager that had been banned for speeding the week before. Don't put yourself through what we have had to.

Honest service with great staff. The only gripe would be a service and mot that takes till 5.30 to get done when dropped of at 8.30 when you are waiting around in town . However this is quite standard at dealers.
