Very rude pharmacist. I go to the at James branch now, where the service is much better.

We recently moved to this pharmacy from a much larger branded establishment as the larger outlet was impossible to reach on the phone and you could never speak to the same staff twice. In comparison, the staff here are very accommodating, wait times in the pharmacy itself are very low, and they have always been professional and friendly with advice and recommendations.

Well, I don't know why another reviewer seemingly had a bad experience (?); I have 'always' found the service to be good and the staff to be efficient and friendly. Always. And, they have gone out of their way to deliver to me just fine! Kennedy

Super friendly, empathetic and knowledgable staff.

I was so surprised to read of the negative experiences some people have had. I have been using this pharmacy since way before it 'changed hands', i.e. more than 15 years. My experience is one of friendly, polite and helpful staff. Even yesterday, needing some painkillers, the person serving me was empathic and pro-active in suggesting a combination of over the counter remedies. I guess all people have some 'off days'.

Hostile as per usual. If I could move I would. Cruel attitude. Not open to the concept of recovery. Even my doc surgery has heard the same complaints. Sure being incredibly judgemental isn't in the code of conduct. Younger staff please learn from this. Bitterness is NOT part of the job 0⁰

Friendly, helpful staff who make the effort to get to know their regular customers. A real asset to the area.

It's a pharmacy, it has medicine and a chair for you to sit on while you wait for the medicine to be counted into a bag. Good times.

Really bad service - the worst. I was treated like absolute dirt by the main pharmacist. EDIT: I got an email from Google Reviews stating that my review was helpful, so I clicked on it, and I can see more bad reviews, but always quickly followed by a five star review. I see customers who are lucky enough to have a good experience here say that it's normal to have an "off day". With at least half of the reviews stating they've been treated disrespectfully, we are talking about systematic discrimination against groups of customers. It's not normal for any business to have such a gap in their reviews, this is a business that pick and choose who they treat with the care and empathy you expect from a pharmacy. Kamson Pharmacies needs to take ownership and do a thorough investigation of the business ethic of this particular pharmacy, rather than ask customers to launch complaints that's never followed up.
