Overall it's a good gym and value for money. On the plus side, it's fairly quiet off-peak and the staff are friendly and helpful. The problem for me however, is that it's just way too cold. The fans are on all the time and I had to walk out of the spin classes on more than one occasion to avoid getting a stiff neck due to the freezing draught. Not everyone is the same of course, but personally I like to sweat when exercising - that way I feel as though I've had a good workout. The only other negative is that there is not a single news channel on the television screens and the radio is tuned in to a dreadful station with infantile disc jockeys constantly spouting inane drivel. Despite this, I like the gym and will continue using it - only next time I will wear warm clothing and a sweat jacket to the spin classes!
