KAILO – Brisbane

My brother and i decided to go visit kailo, to organise a massage or spa session. To only find the receptionist wearing the glasses at 9:45 to be very rude. Explaining absolutely nothing to us. Whilst being on the computer and not engaging with us at all. Very surprised somebody with such a lack of customer service is even allowed to be the front person we spoke to. Of course we left after being told absolutely nothing. You just lost 2 paying customers

My friend and I each had a massage and facial at Kailo. We were both very happy with the whole experience. My therapist was Henrietta and I found her delightful. Responded when spoken with, just the right amount of pressure and intuitive enough to move off a spot exactly when you wanted her to move off. Henrietta's facial skills were relaxing and pampering. The products are lovely and I felt the benefit of my experience for several days. I will be back. It was a lovely experience in luxury surroundings with a skillful practitioner.

I used a 50th birthday present to book in an indulgent facial and between booking and arriving had an horrific allergic reaction to a change in eye cream formula. Not only was the facial one of the best I have ever experienced, Nancy was able to really calm all of the inflammation and to talk me through the best way to manage recovery from here. It was an indulgent, luxurious experience and I will definitely return xo

I had several treatments at Kailo during my stay at the hotel. The staff are lovely and very accommodating with requests and changes. My massages with Kritsana were an absolute highlight - she is excellent and I highly recommend her remedial and deep tissue massages - the best!!

I was kindly gifted a package to Kailo Medispa during our visit to the Calile and it was beautiful from start to finish. I’m 7 months pregnant and was cared for the entire time with utmost regard to my safety and comfort. My massage and facial relieved tension and was incredibly relaxing - two qualities that are rarely found during pregnancy! I’m very grateful to have had this experience and a big thank you to the team at Kailo
