This is the results of having my naturally brown hair coloured by KZ Hair in Clarkston on 2nd March

This is the results of having my naturally brown hair coloured by KZ Hair in Clarkston on 2nd March at 9.15am by Catherine. Even though its clearly obvious from the photos that the procedure had gone awry, this was not highlighted by Catherine at the time and instead I was allowed to leave looking like this. When I discovered this the next day through the shocked comments from friends and family, I called the salon looking for an explanation as to why a paying customer was allowed to leave like this. I emailed the photos to the manager and the response I recieved was glib and dismissive. I was simply told "Well I spoke to Catherine and she said your hair wasnt like that when you left" - this is obviously a lie and an underhand attempt to evade responsibility and their duty to offer fair compensation.
