K Z Hair Shawlands glasgow

I dropped Tuesday to see if I could book in, was told that Thursday is basically empty so no need to book, just drop in anytime Thursday morning and it'll be fine. Turn up Thursday morning to get a really dismissive "no, we're entirely full, dunno who told you that". Like, someone who works here told me that? And now I've lost one of my few days off work to this? They might be great, but needlessly dismissive and inconsiderate.

Ive been going to kz hair shawland for the past 2yrs, my stylist morgan has been amazing , ive been very happy every time my hair has been highlighted and styled ive had lots of complements from my family, friends , I just say go to kzhair all the staff are amazing Im one very happy and satisfied customer :-)
