I went here for my anniversary, I recommend this place 100% I got a back and shoulder massage, access to the other facilities such as steam room, changing rooms cold room sauna, experience showers foot spa. They provide beautiful changing rooms, robes, slippers and towels for you. I had lunch also there and it was great. They are also really nice and friendly so you can ask them many questions and have a normal conversation with them. Long story short i’m coming here again i will definitely recommend

Absolutely disgraceful service, I hoped K west would be the beginning of my perfect weekend getaway but unfortunately it wasn’t as upon arrival I was told my room wouldn’t be ready until 3pm despite our massage appointment was booked for 3, so how does that make any sense surely we are suppose to go and settle in. Then the receptionist Paula was confused as to where to settle us before our supposed room to be ready, however come 3pm room not ready so we were given an empty studio, we then went to our massage which was 5* amazing masseuse. Back to our room and it had be decorated very mediocre not how pictures showed neither explained. Then next morning despite us already asking and confirming a late checkout we were disturbed with a rude phone call from the receptionist stating we were overstaying and said oh I will just have to charge you to what I said okay, another 20mins went by and a cleaner walked in without any permission to enter. Again very disturbing. We woke up and asked for breakfast to be told oh no we can’t have it as we have passed the 11am mark so we said okay can we have lunch instead - again told no and the phone was cut. I mean just please explain how you treat your guests? Is this the way forward even though we booked such a expensive experience only to get given a 1* service - minus the massage that was really good! Your staff single handily ruined my anniversary which was really unfair

Came here for a quick spa break with my husband as we're both exhausted from everything. Honestly it was absolutely lovely and totally worth the money - been to far far more expensive hotel spas in London before and this one exceeded them. Very clean, lovely staff, loved the jacuzzi and steam room and sauna and booths for us to unwind in for a bit! Can't wait to come back

We checked in to the deluxe double room on the 3rf floor, this is only the 1st floor as they have two floors below ground level, the room was a little tied. It was also very cold and the heater didn't seem to work very well. Due to lots of noise from staff talking and working outside the room we where upgraded to the executive room on the 6th floor. This room was a fair size bigger but again quite cold, the AC heater worked a little better thankfully. The overall decor is a little dated. The bed was large and comfortable, so I got a good night's sleep. The bathroom are relatively clean, but not enough to have a bath, so showers only for me. No heated mirrors in the bathroom so lots of wiping before you can use it after a shower. I didn't use the spa facilities this time, but on a previous occasion I found the facilities very nice. The restaurant / bar is not to far from the main doors so you do get a chill if people are walking in and out constantly. Overall the hotel is worth the money but don't expect it to be quite as the guess can be a little younger and louder. Hope you found my personal review helpful. The hotel stay was November 2021

I purchased the head to toe package for £129 which included 1hr spa access, 70 minute treatment and lunch. I had a lovely and relaxing time and customer service all round was friendly and attentive. I would also recommend ordering the Korean burger for lunch! My only recommendation is that I felt that steam room was not really effective which was a shame - hardly any steam came out!

Veronika the masseuse is great! I booked a deep tissue full body massage and it was really good. She was very polite and professional, very friendly and provided top class customer service. The staff at Spa reception and also the front desk at the entrance were great. The hotel is safe to visit as they follow Covid 19 regulations and look after customers. The cleanliness is great as well in the showers and changing rooms. Will come back to use spa facilities and treatments again. Thank you and keep the good work!
