Just Lets brighton

I recently rented via this agency for the best part of a year. The staff were friendly and professional, certainly better than other experiences I've had over the past 5 years living in Brighton and Hove.

I rented a property at Hove for my mom and my step-dad with this company. For more than 2 years they lived very happy in that house. I have to say that it has been a great experience with all of you. Fabio & Simon at the main office and Matthew as the Property Manager, you all are very professionals and very kind. Always with a quick response and action to our issues and enquires about the property. Thanks for the great experience as your tenants. You guys have given my mom and step-dad, a great, comfortable and easier welcome to the UK. In 'brightonian': YOU GUYS ROCK!... THANKS!

I rented with Just Lets for a little over 4 years, my expereince was exceptional, Simon and the team are always responsive and always on top of things. I would highly recommend Just Lets.

Rude and unprofessional ripping you off with their exorbitant fees. Avoid them by all means.

I've been with Just Let's for about 8 months now and whilst I have encountered many problems with my property (which I don't think is anything to do with the managing of the property; more that nothing was reported from previous tenants) I've had the best service from this Letting Agent. Matt (who looks after my property) sorts problems very quickly and when I mean quick - within the first hour of contacting them. The people they use all seem very polite (I've had electricians, plumbers, handymen) and do the work to a good standard. Grace (who managed the moving in process) was always polite & answered all of many questions very quickly. I honestly can't believe how good they currently are and I'm positive in staying in a property managed by this company. I couldn't them recommend enough.

I'm very surprised by some of the negative reviews. I am working in customer service sector myself there so I am aware that happy customers are not leaving their reviews as often as those who are NOT as pleased and have decided to take a minute and share my experience and feedback with those who are in doubt here. Have been renting with those guys for over 2 years now and from the start - my 1st flat viewing with Fabio - this agency couldn't be more than helpful and friendly. Every little issue with the flat dealt with perfectly and in a professional way - fridge replaced within few days. Problems with the boiler or blocked gutters - sorted every time promptly. Now waiting for a new washing machine as mine gave up after few good years of use. So grateful for this! Matthew is always super kind and helpful. Nothing is too much of a problem. Roger sorted out for me little discount during 1st lockdown which was very appreciated and - although embarrassing for me to ask for - didn't seem like too much hassle. I cannot say bad word about this Agency and all mentioned above members of the Team. Thank you very much! You are 5 STARS!

My wife and I decided to stay in Brighton for 6 months to see whether we wanted to move to the city of Brighton permanently. We popped in to Just Lets in August of 2020; greeted by a gentleman named Fabio who quickly but efficiently went through all available properties. The next day we viewed a lovely furnished two bedroom property. The wife and I instantly fell in love and decided to proceed. 12 months later we are happily living in Brighton and have no plans to leave the property nor, the agency. Unprofessional. they never called me back, I always had to call myself, two weeks have passed and the flat I wanted has been rented. It's a shame. be careful with them.

The best agency we've ever had so far! The team is always responsive, friendly and happy to help. Most issues we had were solved next day by a team of really good contractors.

The agency, together with the landlord, are trying to take away a deposit with strange claims like "we didn't hang the curtains" (they won't let us come and hang us), etc.
