I decided to go with a custom design for an engagement ring. I don't know much about jewellery but Julie was really great at listening to my ideas and helping translate them into what became the final design. She even created a mockup in order to ensure that I would be happy with design before she started to make the finished ring. Julie gave me thorough explanations around diamond clarity and colour as well as information about the build and hallmarking processes so that I was clear about what I was buying, what was involved in producing the ring and when I could expect to receive it. She also provided prompt replies to any queries I had throughout the process. The final ring looks great and I'm sure my girlfriend will love it.

Julie has designed and finished a beautiful piece of jewellery based on some pretty vague ideas I presented to her - she seemed to know what I was looking for better than I did! A real artist and a pleasure to work with, thank you!

Julie has worked on many pieces for me over the years, including a commission for a very high value item, various repairs on items of sentimental value and also some smaller pieces. Her work is wonderful and her prices are extremely reasonable. Julie is also completely trustworthy and very reliable - this is particularly important when entrusting someone with much-loved pieces of jewellery! She is both highly creative and a lovely person to work with - I cannot recommend Julie highly enough.

A few months ago I decided to get my act together and propose to my girlfriend (now fiancé!). I wanted a bespoke ring and to use someone local, not simply to purchase catalogue item. Having very little knowledge myself I needed help with designs & styles. Julie has been amazing throughout the whole process. She has guided me through diamond selection and the design of the band. She has been patient with my silly questions and explained everything thoroughly. I am very happy with the finished ring and so is my fiancé. Thank you Julie for all your hard work and help!

Julie made an excellent job of resetting my diamond (diamond fell out of the original ring from another jewellers, who certainly won’t be getting a glowing review like this one!) Julie was fantastic and put me completely at ease that my new setting would be secure. She is very knowledgable and didn’t change the overall look of my engagement ring at all when resetting. Would highly recommend!!!

Julie was very helpful and friendly. I needed a signet ring resized, but my finger swells and contracts a lot, so I then needed another half size reduction, which she did at no extra cost. Very happy to recommend her. Plus lovely dog. 👍🏾
