Poor service and the staff on the reception desk are not understanding or helpful. It seems like they are just there to get rid of you. I was advised yesterday to call the surgery today at 8am to get a telephone appointment. Been trying since 8am and the telephone message keeps saying the number is not recognised. Finally managed to get through at 8:24am and was told that there are no appointments available.

RECEPTIONIST ARE VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. They are not willing to help Over the phone or at desks. They all look moody and have a very bad attitude when talking to you. They will speak a language you talk in when having trouble to talk in English but will not talk in the language preferred despite knowing that language. They will cut the phone on your face during calls. Very very very rude. The receptionist need to be trained properly or new, reliable and worthy receptionists need to be hired. Lack of respect everywhere. Not even woth being rated one star.

Complained about this surgery back in 2017 never had an update, avoid registering at this practice at all costs, my grandmother had a cancerous lump on her leg that was ignored by the Doctor despite district nurses notifying them 3 times, I have this in writing. The lump grew so big she had to have skin grafts, if this was caught on the first notification she would not have needed the skin grafts at all and a simple procedure would have been carried out to remove the lump, she was 93 at the time and this is appalling care .

Needed to book emergency appointment because my son was ill two days. Unfortunately they said that the GP is fully booked and I need go to hospital . I do understand the rules... but where you have emergency and yous child could not talk because of pain you do not find any help in Jubilee Garden Medical Centre. Actually the score 1.9 is mean something...

Again the receptionist was very rude. It's a shame her behaviour wasn't asnice as nearby park. Definitely a cloud on this sunny morning. The patients were more pleasant than her. Don't usually make comments. Perhaps they will sack her now. Plenty of unemployable out there looking for work.

Today was my first visit to this medical center because of the eye screening test. Before visiting there I read all the reviews here on the Google maps, and it's true, the receptionist is very very rude. If you speak politely also, that old lady receptionist will talk to you rudely. If you ask anything, they will not tell you in a polite way. As if they are doing you a favour. So bad experience today. REALLY DON'T FEEL LIKE TO VISIT IT AGAIN. hope that receptionist gets fired. Or she should really get some training first😡. I don't know, how they get the jobs, they don't know to talk to people properly also. Whoever the person in charge of the medical center should look in to it. With all the people's complain, hope it gets closed down. Or get some new polite talking people.

Does not even deserve 1 star! I worry when my family get sick, I worry because I have to phone this GP to make things worse. Nowadays they are all happy to work from home and you only get a phone appointment but you will never be called - instead you have to chase up only to be told by the receptionist that "doc tried to call but person didnt pick up phone". They have the cheek to tell me to call back tomorrow or go to A&E if condition is worse! Your phone never rings, they dont read your notes. Some days I just want an open referral, they still insist i talk to them but they never call and wonder i want to leave!
