All you need in a gym! Plenty of equipment and ample space to move around. Great facilities and infrared sauna. Jarod is a motivating and encouraging PT who gets good results and is happy to update programs whenever you need it. Very happy customer!

I would not recommend visiting this gym based on what I know of Jarrod. I met him some years ago and he is a very sexist individual so, as a woman, I would not be comfortable exercising in his presence. He has little respect for women and thinks degradation of women, based on their physique, is a good foundation for humour (this is based on my own personal experience). I'd suggest thinking twice about joining this gym if you are a woman.

JRod Fitness is the best gym in Ballarat. The gym is clean, has all the machines you would need, and also has heaps of extra floor space. The management of this gym, by Jarrod, makes it easily the best gym in Ballarat. It's also super affordable! Wouldn't go anywhere else.
