Lovely clothes and accessories for the whole family. The shop is roomy and tidy. Cosy space with chairs next to the fitting room : perfect for those who have to wait a (long?) time. Staff is cheerful. PS : love the coordinated wellies for mother and daughter!

Excellent Shop fantastic Staff very Helpfuil lovely place. I will say the staff could not be more helpfuil and I will be shpping there again. My first time using this shop and because of the staff running it will make me go back. Love it.

Fairly new branch of Joules, much more room to move about than the old branch. Stocks women's and children's clothing, footwear and accessories. Caters well for the Edinburgh weather with raincoats and wellies being the star items for me. Wait for the sales if you can as its fairly expensive.

Arrived at Joules Friday 18:02 to purchase a gift card to find store closed! Google page says open till 7! Will purchase gift card elsewhere.

Visited your store today with an exchange and was served by Ali who was so helpful and friendly. She tried so hard to find a suitable exchange. It was very much appreciated. Also was served by Gill and Cammy who were also polite and helpful. Lovely shop to visit.

One memeber of staff had a appalling attitude. Nowhere to say I would be unable to try on a jacket before having it ripped out my hand to quarantine the jacket. Customer service or lack there off - horrific

Been in before lovely shop Was one woman who was helping me and was so rude tall bobbed dark hair right foul mouth this was a while ago but she was a nasty piece of work I wouldn't return if I saw her through the window
