On holiday from the USA, we wanted to minimize the clothes we were carrying, and the amount of time we'd need to spend on laundry. Johnsons worked out well for us, letting us drop off a load Tuesday morning and pick up Wednesday afternoon. A short walk from our hotel on Princes Street, this was very convenient, and well worth the cost. The only thing better would have been pick up from and delivery to the hotel.

Dropped off an expensive designer dress which had previously been dry cleaned at least twice before. Received it back with several areas of inconsistent colour run. Will not go back and could not recommend their service.

Got overcharged on casual dresses, which were marked up as ballgowns. They claim that you have to check before the order is processed, but when you ask to review it, you’ll be met with eye rolls and sighs. Another Johnsons branch ruined a coat button and shoe.

Fantastic photo printing! I stop by here regularly to print off photos from my phone and the machines are very easy to use, much easier and faster than the ones in Boots. Always a friendly and helpful service 10/10

Absolute miracle workers. I had worn an expensive white shirt just once before it had red wine splattered all over it. I took it in without much hope of it being salvaged. The two lovely ladies in the shop performed some form of magic trick and the shirt was returned to me looking as good as new. All for £3.60! They wouldn't accept a tip so I'm writing this here. I am extremely grateful to them both. Thank you.

I had brought two Canada Goose jackets in here for cleaning last week and wow what an incredible job, I’m so pleased! One of the jackets was especially muddy after a bad fall and it’s came back looking like it did the day I bought it. Would definitely recommend :-) Tip: It wasn’t cheap, phone to enquire about costs if you don’t want a fright when you get to the till.

I have used this dry cleaners once before. But twice in the last week and I have tried to go and drop off a couple of suits and both times they have been closed with a “back in 15 mins” notice on the door (actually back at 9.25am eg). Ridiculous that they just randomly close during opening hours, I didn’t have time to wait around or pop back later.
