Had great customer service from the moment i dropped my keys off to the lads at reception. Very welcoming and knowledgeable, Andy was great giving me a call and explaining what he had done with the car to fix the issue and cost me so much less than what I thought! The lads at reception advise me what to do if im still having the same issue. Really appreciate all the help, i will definitely be going back for my mot and servicing!

Having bought my HR-V in Beaconsfield because I wanted a local showroom/service depot, Johnsons found it necessary to relocate the branch to Oxford. The sales lady Kathryn Murphy, from whom i bought my car, was very willing to help sort out the logistics - my car for a complimentary loan car. This was above and beyond because it was very difficult for me to get the car to Oxford. I could not fault the courtesy of the driver who carried out the exchange. Vivienne in the Oxford office made all the arrangements, kept me informed of the progress and sorted everything out, most pleasantly. One happy Honda customer.

Visited Johnsons Honda to have CIVIC serviced, left having perched a brand new JAZZ EX electric job. This is because I encountered MUNEEB , salesman par excellent. He did a great job, and as he has only been a car salesman since Sept deserves a pat on the back. Well done.

I recently went to buy a car at Johnsons Honda, Oxford. The sales rep, called Muneeb, was very helpful. He was very patient, candid and honest. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction and I never felt rushed throughout the appointment. Although I ended up not purchasing the car as I decided to buy the one I was leasing at the time, I would not hesitate to go back to Johnsons in the future.

Our family just bought our first car few days ago, which is a very good experience. Before that, we have no experience about buying vehicle. We target a black Honda Jazz at the very beginning, but luckily we bought a white one at last. A newer Model and lower price. The staff, Muneeb, is patient, punctual, flexible and responsible. He is helpful. We feel so lucky that we met someone professional and nice, and got our dream family car finally.

Fantastic service when purchasing our Honda CR-V Hybrid. Steve even came out after opening hours to check we had all the information we needed about the car on the forecourt that we were looking at. Service from the manager was also great. Me and my husband both commented on how the whole team seemed to be very customer focused. We could see how busy everyone was and how they still managed to see to customers in a timely and polite manner. This was a breath of fresh air to us after having to return our Land Rover and having questionable service from Marshall Land Rover. We are delighted with our new car and actually feel in great hands for future servicing etc. Thank you Johnson’s Honda and particularly Steve for restoring our faith in Cars and car dealerships again!
