Left jeans in to get repaired. Collected them after nine days, but when I got home I found that the repair hadn't even been carried out.

I wanted to send a package and was there simply to ask if they happen to sell mailing bags, but before I could even explain, the woman behind the counter scoffed at me for not having the label ready and asked “well what am I supposed to do with those then??”. Unnecessarily rude and unhelpful.

Very friendly staff and the turn around for dry cleaning was very quick and reasonably priced. Cannot complain
