Got a trouser zip repaired and when I came back to pick up on the specified day (5 days later), it hadn’t been fixed despite the girl on the desk admitting that they “should have been done”. Had to leave work early to collect the following day, and when I did so the girl was rude and making snarky comments. Will not be returning. 2 stars as they gave a £2 discount but hardly a compensation. Unprofessional

I took a dress here to be shortened - I was told it would be ready on Thursday by 12noon. I needed it for an event on Thursday evening. When I arrived to pick it up it hadn't even been started. Imagine my shock, they then said they would do it quickly in a half hour which they did but I had to leave for the the event 20minutes after getting the dress which was very disruptive. I won't return unless I absolutely have to. I wouldn't recommend!!

Staff not sure about the discount. Was using them before then suddenly my student discount is not applicable anymore. However on their website it says if you are a priviledge member you can ALSO use student discount. Didn't say one or the other. Will not be using this company anymore.

Consistently horrible. Took a dress in for my wife (about 5 years ago). They were unable to remove stains and there was also a large blue mark across it (melted plastic? I don't know.) I ventured to use them again last month to dry clean a suit and was returned quite wrinkled. I thought they would have pressed it as part of the service but perhaps that is an extra request that needs to be made.
