I spent ages carrying a very heavy DPD box over to them to tell me they couldn't send it off because its too big despite the fact that one of them saw the item (which is exactly the same size as the box) the week before and never told me that! If they'd have told me that before hand I wouldn't have put my back out carrying it over to them. I'm in extreme pain now after carrying it all the way home again. The two bald men I spoke to were rude, useless and talked down to me because of my age and to be honest i'm annoyed I didn't say something in the shop

Just pad £57 to have a leather jacket cleaned. Got it home and found that the lining had not been touched, they had just used some sort chemical to give it a horrible, shiny finish. Looks like the stuff used to renovate car seats and the inside still has stains and smells musty as it had been stored since last winter. Very disappointing. Would not recommend them or use them again. Could have done a better job myself with some saddle soap.

He managed to get some very tough stains out of two of my favourite jumpers, after hearing horror stories about how dry cleaners could potentially ruin items he was very reassuring and was extremely helpful I fully recommend there services!
