Long wait but very kind and efficient staff
Fantastic, professional and hard-working staff - THANK YOU for saving my life as well as all the reassuring smiles and kindness that sped up my recovery!
Very bad pain control and had to wait a long time for it. Terribly long waiting time, rude doctors and a muggy building. Feel sorry for anyone brought here...
Long waits but excellent staff working as hard as they possibly can in a tough situation. Everyone very helpful and friendly despite the extreme pressures they face.
Waited 5 hours and got misdiagnosed
All staff I saw and interacted with were kind, honest and very helpful. The doctors ordered the appropriate tests, took my concerns seriously and gave comprehensive advice. The service was very fast and efficient, and they were clearly organised with handling patient inflow, unlike most A&Es in the UK.
Amazingly polite, professional, helpful staff. Excellent facilities. Can't be faulted.
My daughter waited over 7 hours for an xray staff were rude and obnoxious. I agree with maya one of the previous reviews the male nurse was extremely rude, condescending and diagnosed incorrectly. He needs to be thrown out don't need people like that to give individuals stress when they're already in pain. Unbelievably horrid place to be when your in distress. Awful
The receptionists were really kind and helpful, but the male nurse assessing me was SO disrespectful and rude. He insulted my reason for going and was so demeaning towards me that I cried. The doctor was professional though and tried her best to help me. The total time I was there was only around 2 hours.
I waited 4 hrs for treatment of a dislocated elbow. When I went back 2 weeks later for the next appointment to the trauma department it turned out my elbow was still dislocated, had to spend 2 nights in hospital for my arm to be fixed under anesthesia. Hope this fiasco will not have any further effect apart from the 2 week delay in recovery and loss of income.
