So absolutely disappointed in this place today. What has happened? We were here several years ago and they had place on third floor. Selection of silver jewellery absolutely horrendous.

Great service from very attentive staff. Always willing to answer your questions and offer their advice when asked. Their items are beautiful and leave a sparkle in your eye. Post sale communication is excellent, always keeping you informed and up to date. Why go elsewhere when they're is so much to offer here.

Every staff member very helpful didnt rush you and gave great advice worth going too.

Always a wonderful experience. Dropped off rings to be cleaned ended up walking out with a diamond tennis bracelet! The diamond quality and service is what always keeps me coming back.

Came into Glasgow from the south side only to be told by the lift operator that you are closed. No mention on your website, phoned only to be diverted to a mobile, which no one answered. Very disappointed, had to shop elsewhere for my daughters graduation gift 😒

So disappointed, travelled by train from Perth. Staying overnight as having a little break. Closed!!! open Saturday only by appointment why???
