John Lewis & Partners manchester

I really love this John Lewis. It's one of the better ones in the country for sure. It is well kept and everything feels clean and tidy. The best thing about this store is the custom KitKat area which they have! It's awesome!

Very poor customer service at Creed perfume counter. Went to try Creed. There was a girl on the counter who asked us if we needed any help. We declined but she was polite enough and carried on what she was doing. Whilst we were looking at all the different perfumes available we noticed many were actually empty. My partner was interested in trying the Creed Aventis. We asked the girl if we could try some as all the bottles were empty. Her blunt reply was we haven't got any left. We immediately both left rather gobsmacked and went to Selfidges who were more than helpful and might I add got a lovely sale from us. Definitely won't be returning

High end shopping at some of its best in the UK. Some JL department stores don't have the nicest selection of things from city to city. This one has a nice, diverse, and classy selection of all kinds of things imaginable. You will enjoy your experience arriving there and going through their selections of products. Be prepared to pay appropriately however!

Had a wedding make up trial with Debbie, absolutely lovely lady, made me feel at ease straight away and was so helpful. Couldn't rate her higher she is a credit to Bobbi Brown and a model of excellent customer service. Thank you

Always use these coming up to Christmas and the range they have of technology is great.

I visited the store today at the Trafford Centre ,I went to the bedding area ,asking for some advice the staff were fantastic! they couldn’t have been more helpful ,what a wonderful shopping experience, the lady with pink hair also a gentleman called Dave delivered a wonderful old fashioned service.. John Lewis is a very impressive well stocked mega store which sell a vast range of clothes and house hold products . It is clearly evident that John Lewis mainly focus on quality brands. My wife was looking for a coat and a short jacket. She found a nice red jacket which looks great on her being a unusual modern design. One happy customer spreads the satisfaction to others to follow.

Good experience today as always. Really helpful colleague, Bernard, on technology, explaining about cameras. (Pity no black Friday deals though.) Excellent brew in the cafe as well.

Just purchased new curtains and bedside lamps after decorating our master bedroom to complete the look. John Lewis are always our first resort. Lots of choice and quality products. The staff are friendly and well trained.

Quality gear tbh but pricey. Good service and lots of choice. Our favourite shop for kitchen things.
