We went to John Lewis Lingerie Department today. As I really don't like shopping, I had to go bra shopping (under protest!!). I cannot say how much Lisa was so lovely and really, really helpful. Nothing was too much for her. Thank you for putting us at ease and being lovely and friendly ❤️❤️❤️

Came here for a bra fitting for my mum and was served by Lisa whose customer service was above and beyond. She ran us through everything and chatted to us openly. I wasn't intended to have a bra fitting however due to how comfortable she made me feel I went ahead with it and it was by far the best decision I've ever made!! Amazing quality bras and just as good service. I'd highly recommend to anyone! Thank you again to Lisa, and for also recommending us good places to eat in Liverpool as we travelled from North Wales for the day.

A big thank you to staff at tech support and the TV department. I enquired about replacing my damaged TV remote control and asked whether it was covered in the guarantee. They reassured me it was and within a week I received a replacement. I always love shopping at John Lewis, great staff, great service what more can I say.

My wife went in to look for some tops and 4 of the girls working in the women's wear department at the fitting rooms were amazing. They supported my wife, helped her to feel confident with her choice, nothing was too much trouble, they were great with our son and the atmosphere was so relaxed and friendly it was brilliant. Really sorry I didn't get names (it was about 3pm) but I hope they get to read this so they know how much their help was appreciated. Thanks ladies 👏

Losing their way. Used to love John Lewis but they’ve ripped most of the tills out, so you now have to queue for longer. To top it all I queued for a kitchen knife today only to be told it’s not in stock. I’ve just checked on their app and there are apparently 4 in John Lewis Liverpool (where I was). This is just a recent example. It’s starting to become a waste of my time shopping there.

I was in the nursery department looking for cot sheets for my daughter in law's impending new arrival. Nicola was extremely friendly and helpful and made my elderly aunty's day! Well done, John Lewis!

We called into your shop today to buy a telescope. We found your lovely shop assistant Sonny. He explained that there were none in the shop but we could order online. As we were not sure which to order he spent a long time explaning about the differences in the telescopes and what would be suitable. What a lovely man who was very good at explaining the details to us and we left with a better idea of what to order.
